Okay so here is my Care Bears birthday party banner I made using some free clipart from Disneyclips.com. I just printed the care bears out on white card stock and cut around the paper using decorative cutting scissors to give that neat effect around the picture. Then I punched two holes in each image and run some raffia paper cord string through it and hung it up. If you are MAJOR care bear fan like I am.... I TOTALLY LOVE THE CARE BEARS!!!!!!!!!!! Then you should try making this banner for your kids birthday party.
