Make a Minions birthday party flag bunting banner garland just like this. All I did was find some Minion Clipart and print that off on white card stock. Then I used some decorative cutting scissors to cut them out. I used a hole punch and added two holes in each image and run some raffia paper string through it and hung it up. Now you can make your very own diy Bob, Stuart and Kevin minions birthday party banner just like this. It's super easy!
