I almost didn't want to post these pictures because my yard is like totally dead with no green grass in the background and it's just making all of my pictures look really blah. Anyways, rant over now. So back to making the hanging flag banner. If your kid is having a Pirates of the Caribbean birthday party then try making this cutout banner like I did in the pictures above and below. I used some Pirates of the Caribbean clipart and printed on white card stock. Then I used decorative cutting scissors to cut them out. I punched two holes in each character and run some ribbon through it. And that's it! Super easy and very simple to make.
