SNOW CONE COOKIES!!!! I wish I had these in front of me to eat RIGHT NOW! I always look forward to summer because that's when the Snow Cone stands come out. I got a thing for snow cones so when I seen these I had a sudden urge for a icy cold bubblegum flavored snow cone! lol

If your planning on having a summer themed snow cone birthday party then try these little snow cone cookies out that Mona makes! They come in either shortbread cookie flavor or chocolate shortbread.

What Merci Bakery has to say about her cookies:
Each cookie is 3.5 - 4 inches in size and is iced in royal icing. (Unicorns and custom plaque cookies sold separately.) Each cookie is individually packaged in a FDA compliant clear cellophane baggie and heat sealed to ensure freshness and a safe arrival. All products are made from high quality ingredients and are made from scratch and decorated by hand.

You can pick from two cookie flavors:
Shortbread cookie: a rich buttery cookie that melts in your mouth. These tender cookies have hits of pure vanilla and a smidgen of lemon zest.

Chocolate Shortbread cookie: a decedent chocolate cookie with a touch of espresso. Extra brute cocoa give this cookie an intense chocolate flavor.
The same Snow Cone Sugar Cookies are available in Merci Bakery Etsy Shop! Go order yours now!
