I made this Wizard of Oz birthday party banner garland using some clipart I purchased on Etsy from Graphics4Kids. Original art by Kristi W. I just printed the clipart images off on white card stock and used decorative cutting scissors to cut it out. I punched two holes in each image using a hole punch and run some ribbon through the holes and hung it up.
This Wizard of Oz banner would look adorable with any Wizard of Oz birthday party theme.
