You can use a 3 inch decorative hole punch on these cupcake toppers. The cupcake toppers were created in photoshop as 3.5 inch toppers. Just print and cut them out using the hole punch and then tape a toothpick to the back of the cupcake topper and stick down in your cupcakes. It's that easy!

To make this Monster flag banner garland just print the monster clipart images on a white card stock and use decorative cutting scissors to cut them out. Punch two holes in each monster character and run some ribbon through it.

Monster Teeth: You could use candy corn or use cheeto's.
Monster Munch: Popcorn mixed with crumbled cookies, M&M's, colored marshmallow's, Pop Rocks.
Monster Toes: Make pig in a blankets.
Fuzzy Food: Cut peaches in half and turn face down on platter so the fuzzy side is up. Stick eyeball stickers to the peach fuzz. Prop up the "Fuzzy Food" card next to it.

Monster Berries: Fill a bowl with strawberries and red grapes. Sprinkle with sugar.

Monster DIY Birthday Party Cupcake Toppers
6 Cupcake Toppers. Cupcake Toppers were made in Photoshop as 3.5 round circle toppers.
Print on White Card.
You can use a 3 inch hole punch on these toppers when cutting them out. These might seem difficult to cut out at first but just take regular cutting scissors and cut the entire bottom off below the last row of cupcake toppers before using the 3 inch hole punch on it. Start from the bottom and work your way up. On the second row, do the same thing. Cut the bottom half off, straight up to the bottom of the cupcake toppers, and then use the hole punch. I hope that makes sense. :) Your trying to get cut off and get rid of all the extra white card stock paper before punching it out.

Use these large monster cartoons to make banners or large table centerpieces with. Just print this out on white card stock and use decorative cutting scissors to cut all around him leaving a scalloped looking edge all around. Then using a hole punch add two holes at the top of each monster picture and run some ribbon through it. Now you have a monster banner. You could also use these same cutout and tape a long wooden skewer to the back and set down in a large vase.
