Our cookies are layered or wrapped in bubble wrap and secured so there is no movement in the shipping box. In the unfortunate event that cookies should arrive badly broken, please contact me within 24 hours so that we can resolve the situation. You will need photos of the damaged cookies and please keep all packing materials, as this may be required for proof of damage with the carrier.
Cookies shipped in the hot summer months should be allowed to reach room temperature prior to removing them from their cellophane wrapping.
