This party theme was put together by “Jamie’s Cake Pops & Creative Events”. You can reach her through the links listed above in this post and message her to find out what she used that was pouring out of the bucket. If I had to take a guess, I would suggest crumbled cookies or graham crackers that are crushed up to make it look like sand coming out of the bucket.

The backdrop was custom made. A digital copy was sent to someone who prints vinyl banners. And the chandelier cake holder tray was purchased through TJ Max/Home Goods.
