Q. How long do your cookies stay fresh for?
A. My cookies stay fresh for 1 week when boxed, and 2 weeks when individually wrapped.
Q. What is the minimum amount of cookies I can order?
A. One dozen is the minimum amount per order.
Q. What is the cost for decorated cookies?
A. I offer 3 different options that have 1 set price. For custom sets, one dozen starts at $40, which includes a maximum of 3 colors, any additional colors will have an up charge. Size of cookies will be no smaller than 3.5", and no bigger than 4". If you need more than 1 dozen, each cookie after will be charged an individual price based off of the size, and details.
Q. When is my payment due for my order?
A. Your invoice will have the due date for when your payment is due, which is 48 hours after the invoice is sent. *All orders must be paid in full before being booked. Orders that exceed $50 will be subject to a non-refundable deposit of half of the total amount. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your pick up/delivery date.
Q. What is the deadline if I have to cancel my order?
A. Your order must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to your pick up/delivery date, in order to receive a refund. If you paid a deposit, the deposit portion will not be refunded, only the remaining balance that was paid would be refunded.
Q. Can you deliver my order?
A. I do deliver for a small fee if you are not able to pick up your order.
Q. Can I choose more than one flavor for my order?
A. If your order exceeds 2 dozen you can choose 2-3 different flavors.
Q. Do you ship to other states?
A. Unfortunately, all orders are for local pick up/delivery only. (Orlando, Florida)
